Terms of Use

Terms of use for the DotThief application.

Effective date

1. General Terms

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the use of DotThief (“App”), developed by Ömer Elmas (“Developer”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

DotThief is a mobile puzzle/reflex game where players earn points by connecting same-colored dots. The App is offered free of charge and is ad-supported. The App is provided “as-is”.

3. Usage Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
  • You must have an Apple device with a compatible iOS version.
  • You may not use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App.
  • You may not attempt to manipulate in-game scores or use cheat software.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App’s design, code, graphics, sounds and content belong to the Developer. Under these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal and non-transferable license to use the App.

5. Advertisements

The App displays rewarded and interstitial advertisements through Google AdMob. There are no forced ads. The Developer is not responsible for ad content. Ad preferences can be managed from your device settings.

6. In-App Purchases

The App currently does not include in-app purchases. Any future purchases will be subject to Apple’s App Store rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as-is” and “as available”. The Developer:

  • Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Cannot be held responsible for loss of game data.
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy of leaderboard rankings.
  • Cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be published on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
